题目：北京雾霾天气出现的天数占到50%以上，严重影响了老百姓的生活和健康。请写一篇短文，描述一下北京雾霾的情况，分析雾霾出现的原因，并提出治理雾霾的措施。

During the 15 days from New Year’s Eve to Lantern Festival, Beijing was affected by smog for more than half the time, because of which people suffered a lot. On the road people drove slowly because they could not see clearly. People also suffered from many illnesses caused by smog.

从除夕到元宵节这十五天中,中国受到烟雾的影响超过一半的时间,因为人们遭受了很多。在路上人们慢慢开车,因为他们无法看得清楚。人也患有许多疾病引起的烟雾。

The smog in Beijing has been caused by many factors, in which the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The carssend off a lot of poisonous gases, which in turn adds to the already seriousair pollution.

北京的烟雾已经由很多因素引起的,汽车的增加在城市地区扮演重要的角色。很多有毒气体的排放,进而又增加了已经就很严重的污染。

In my opinion, the number of cars should be limited.We should call on the people to use more public transport. Only in this way canwe expect to have more sunny days.

以我的观点和建议,汽车的数量应该控制在一定的范围。并且我们应该呼吁人们多使用公共交通工具。只有这样,才能有更多的我们期待的晴天。

Nowadays, the hazy weather frequently appears in our country. It has not only done harm to people’s health, but also affected the public transportation. Terrible accidents happen every now and then, some highways have to be shut down because of the low visibility.

现在,雾霾天气经常会出现在我们的国家。它不仅伤害人们的健康,而且还影响了公共交通。可怕的事故不时发生,一些高速公路被迫关闭,因为雾霾天气低能见度。

Obviously, air pollution is the main factor that has resulted in the frequency of hazy weather. At the same time, smoke from burning coal and all kinds of dust are also important factors. Besides, exhaust emission from cars and buses has made the situation even worse.

显然,空气污染是导致雾霾天气经常出现的主要因素。同时,煤炭燃烧的浓烟和各种各样的灰尘也是重要的因素。除此之外,从汽车和公共汽车的废气排放也使得情况更糟。

So proper measures should be adopted to deal with the serious problem. To students, opportunities for outdoor sports activities should be decreased, washing faces and hands with running water after each outing is also important, and do not forget to wear a good-quality mask to protect yourself while going out.
